Access to clean water remains a major challenge in many regions of Afghanistan and Bangladesh. Drought, inadequate infrastructure, natural disasters, and economic hardship prevent thousands of families from accessing safe drinking water. Women and children are often forced to travel long distances every day to collect water for their households.
The lack of clean water affects more than daily life. It contributes to health problems, the spread of infectious diseases, and interruptions in education and economic activities. Every water well built helps transform a community by improving living conditions and creating a sustainable source of hope for future generations.
Water is the foundation of life. Access to clean water is essential for healthy communities, growing children, and sustainable development. People, animals, and plants all depend on water to survive and flourish.
In Afghanistan and Bangladesh, droughts, floods, and infrastructure challenges continue to limit access to safe drinking water. These difficulties increase health risks, particularly among children, and place a heavy burden on vulnerable families.
Supporters who wish to sponsor a water well in Afghanistan or Bangladesh through Yetim Eli France can contact our organization for detailed information about project costs and priority locations.
Donors may choose a name for their water well, and our field teams will begin the construction process. Each stage of the project is documented, and upon completion, a plaque bearing the donor’s chosen name is installed.
Once the project is completed, photographs and a project report are provided to the donor. Where possible, location coordinates are also shared.
At Yetim Eli France, we work to provide access to clean water for communities in Afghanistan and Bangladesh. By supporting a water well project, you can make a lasting difference in the lives of thousands of people.
One water well can transform the future of an entire community.
